1) The customer can cancel for free up to 60 days before arrival.
2) The customer can cancel up to 30 days before arrival by paying 50% of the entire reservation.
3) The customer can cancel the reservation up to 14 days before arrival by paying 60%.
4) the customer pays 100% of the reservation if he cancels within 14 days before arrival.
If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
